CFO Jobs:

You are highly experienced with information systems, banking, lines of credit, lease lines, raising equity funds, and human resource issues. You possess solid working relationships with venture capitalists, attorneys, and accounting firms. Of critical importance is your ability to consult to boards of directors and give direction to the CEO, as well as manage teams.

Controller Jobs:

Your primary role as a consulting Controller is to advise and then implement the day-to-day financial operations of the client. Hands-on knowledge of accounting and computer systems, as well as a minimum of five years of experience, is required. Auditing experience is desired.
