Andries has had a variety of consulting and management roles throughout his career. He has worked with fast scaling clients across three different continents, and brings a passion for growth to his clients.
Prior to joining The Brenner Group, Andries was a partner at Moore Stephens, an international accounting and business consulting group. He has been based in New York, Brussels, Shanghai and most recently San Francisco in this function, working with startups and fast scaling midsize companies in various financial consulting roles.
Andries is a frequent guest lecturer and public speaker, and co-chair of Moore Stephens’ Executive Education program at Harvard Business School.
He started his career at PWC’s Financial Instruments and Credit group. In this role he worked with investment banking and hedge fund clients in transaction services, successfully closing approximately 20 investment vehicles totaling $3Bn.
Andries holds undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Ghent in Belgium (International Politics), and an MBA from the State University of New York in Binghamton. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
Rich Brenner has worked in general and financial management, and has assisted many emerging companies in the roles of President, General Manager, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has held executive level positions at Formaster Corporation, Corvus Systems Inc., US Leasing International Inc., ITEL Corporation, National BankAmericard (now VISA) and Autographic Business Forms Inc. He also served as venture capital consultant to Hillman Ventures.
Rich serves as a member of the board of directors of several non-profits, including The American Red Cross Silicon Valley Chapter, Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council of the Boy Scouts of America (Past Chairman of the Board), the Western Region of the Boy Scouts of America (Western Assistant Regional Commissioner), and The Churchill Club (past Chairman of the Board).
Rich also volunteers as a disaster responder for the American Red Cross.
He has also been an active angel investor in and around Silicon Valley for many years. One of these investments is Bridge Capital Holdings (NASDAQ “BBNK”), the parent company of Bridge Bank, where Rich is a founder, Director Emeritus, former member of the Board of Directors and former Chairman of the Audit Committee. Recently, he has focused his Angel Investing in the life sciences sector.
Rich is, or has served, as a board member at Affymax, Inc. (NASDAQ: “AFFY”), e Nicotine, Inc., Sandstone Diagnostics, Inc., PartMiner, Inc. Vida Systems, Inc., Vello Systems, Inc., Abound Logic, Inc., Pavad Medical Systems, Inc. Cardiovention, Inc., Chadmoore Wireless Group (OTC “MOORZ.PK”) and QuickHealth.
He holds a BS in accounting with a minor in management information systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Wes joined The Brenner Group® in 2008 and manages the firm’s Finance and Accounting Group as well as Corporate Marketing. Wes brings more than 20 years of general management and operational experience in venture capital backed technology companies, having served as CEO or COO with five early stage companies.
Before joining The Brenner Group, Wes served as President and COO of Nuvoiz, a mobile VoIP applications company. Prior to that, he was President and COO of cFares, a meta-search travel site where he drove the launch of the company including branding, site design, and customer acquisition. Before cFares, Wes held executive management positions at various Silicon Valley software, communications, and data storage firms including Gyration, MadeToOrder, Global Village Communications, Calera and Xidex Dysan Corporation. He began his career at IBM.
Wes holds a B.A. degree from Yale University, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
