 Cheryl Kudelka , Finance & Accounting
Cheryl joined The Brenner Group in 2005 and brings extensive experience as a senior financial executive of technology firms. She has held key financial management roles at growth oriented venture backed startup companies and has been the finance lead for several M&A transactions.
She has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis and forecasting, cash management, international operations, and IPO preparation.
Previously, Cheryl was Vice President of Finance at Charitableway. She has also been Controller of several Silicon Valley companies including RouteScience, Inc. and Diffusion, Inc. Other companies for which she held senior accounting and finance roles include Clarify, Cisco Systems, Xerox Engineering Systems, Versatec, Avaya, and Sun Microsystems.
Cheryl attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and graduated with honors from San Jose State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
